We are a small, but growing firm. We're driven to make informative, exciting and disruptive content from the outdoor sports world. We do this in a way that minimises our impact to the best of our abilities, while also ensuring our production values are never compromised. 

If you'd like to work in a rural, but beautiful setting where mountain biking, running and other outdoor activities are plentiful, and are keen to make a difference through your work, then we'd love to chat. 

Filmmaker.

Are you a camera operator who loves to craft stories? Can you make beautiful, memory shaping images that convey emotion? If so, we want to have a natter. 

Based in the Northumberland national park, we can offer a Flexi working arrangement of 2 days in the studio, 3 at home, or in your van, car, or wherever you like really. . 

You'll be working on everything from long form documentaries for global brands to social media cuts and helping shape the narrative of amazing stories.

Key skills:

You know how to frame shots, use light (natural, practical and rigged) to your advantage and are a solid camera operator across a broad spectrum of shoots. 

You're a story teller at heart. Sure, crafting shots is part of your DNA, but the content that sits in those shots is what really gets you ticking.

You understand Premiere Pro, and are comfortable putting together small edits, and helping cut sequences for longer edits. You'll be a BTS gangmaster, firing out all the juicy B-roll onto social media feeds.
